Which options do I have for payment?
Gazelle currently offers 3 ways for you to get paid for your used electronics:
Check - Shipped using USPS First Class Mail, this option takes 3-10 business days to arrive after the payment is processed.
Paypal -Sent directly to your Paypal account using the email address provided by you during checkout, this option takes 0 - 2 business days to arrive after the payment is processed.
Amazon Electronic Gift Card - Sent directly to your email inbox using the email address provided by you during checkout an Amazon Gift code will be sent for you for you do redeem to be added to your Amazon account. This option takes 0 - 2 business days to arrive in your email after the payment is processed.
If you do not receive a check within 10 days it the USPS may have sent it back to us. If so, we will check the address you submitted to see if we can resend it. Please do not hesitate to ask customer care if they can find your check!
If you are having problems with Paypal or Amazon, please check your spam folder to see if the emails we sent were sent there. Also, please make sure your Paypal and Amazon accounts are current.
