If using 2 boxes is the best way to safely ship the 2 or more items you are sending us, we fully support that notion! If you only have 1 label, it is likely due to all of your items currently being listed on 1 order (1 box). In order to receive multiple shipping labels, you will need to create a new transaction for one of the items. This will generate a second shipping label.

Once you have shipped both packages out, you can cancel the old transaction which is present on the first order you created (since you have now shipped it under a separate order). The "Cancel" option will be available in your "Track My Offers" page on www.gazelle.com.
