If it turns out that an item you send us actually does not have value, we will make sure it is recycled. If we receive an item which is not in our catalog, our standard policy dictates that a customer would like the item recycled. Please be sure you are choosing the correct model before you ship us your device.

If you have an item that is not listed on our site, we recommend finding a local option to help you recycle your electronics simply and safely.
