How to activate your Gazelle Certified device

Depending on your service provider, activating your Gazelle certified device can be done with the following steps:

  1. Remove the SIM card from your old device and insert it into the new device’s sim slot* (See our FAQ:How to remove SIM card)
  2. Power on the device
  3. Sign in with your accounts (iOS, Google, Etc.)
  4. Start using your device to place calls or use your favorite apps

*While most SIM cards will work with your new device, it is recommended by the carriers that you acquire a new SIM card when upgrading your phone to allow for optimal performance. Most Sprint devices will require a new SIM card in order to be activated. Contact your carrier for specifics on acquiring a new SIM card.
